I’m back! It’s been a while since I posted anything on my blog. I’ve been busy doing a lot of cool stuff and off course I’ve also been busy with school (yes mom and dad I am actually going to school).
First of all, I want to make clear that this post is not some weak attempt to score a date even though the title might have thrown you of there. If you do want to know why I titled my blog post the way I did I suggest you keep reading.
For the people who said they checked out everything on my blog but really didn’t (I know who you are) there is a section on my blog called “Bucket List”. In this section I have posted a list of things I want to do during my stay in the US. So go ahead take a look….Have you clicked on it...Yes? ….. Okay for the ones who actually did, you see that there a lot of things already crossed off. One of them is to visit the High School that was featured in the movie “10 Things I Hate about You”. This is one of my favorite movies and luckily for me it was filmed at Stadium High School in Tacoma. The theme song of this movie is sung by an amazing band called “Cheap Trick” and the song is called, yes tada, big surprise, “I want you to want me”.
Seeing the school in real life was great. I was fangirling really hard when I saw that it looks exactly as in the movie, from the architecture to the sports field where Heath Ledger oh so famously serenaded Julia Stiles from the bleachers with “Can’t take my eyes off you”.
If you haven’t seen the movie, I suggest you do because it is a classic and you should almost feel ashamed if you haven’t watched it yet.
